Policies:

Advanced reservations are limited to families and couples, and if couples / person's must be 25 yrs old. Reservations requiring additional sleeping accommodations from age of six and older must add $15 per person per night. Deposits ARE NOT refundable if reservations are cancelled less then 2 weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refundable if reservation is cancelled more then 2 weeks in advance, less 25% handling fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, LATE ARRIVALS NO SHOWS. Refunds for weather conditions apply only to "declared hurricanes" by the National Weather Service. Balance due on arrival in cash, Travelers checks or money orders. PLEASE, no pets, RESERVATIONS ARE HELD TO 6:00 P.M.
